the more frequently you weigh yourself the more fluctuations you are likely to see. it is totally normal. research weight loss Vs fat loss. fat cells store triglycerides and as the fat breaks down but the cell still exists which then fills with water. then over a period of time the water and cell break down. ⬇️⬆️⬇️💹 get familiar with your weight tracker graph on the app. you'll notice that even though there are peaks and valleys the overall trend would be downwards... that's the difference. the fluctuations shows the process. the overall linear decline on the graph better represents the fat loss, which is what most of us want. weight fluctuates for so many tiny reasons. hormones. medicines. food sensitivities. depression etc. so rather than being too concerned with daily fluctuations. focus on the bigger downward trend. some people weigh weekly or monthly so they don't see as many fluctuations. I weigh daily because I like to know how my body is responding to various activities or events.
