👌 Ate a gigaton of m&m's lady night (first time I ate any in five months, so no guilt) but managed to stay at 1400kcal for the day.

Are you still restricting after reaching your goal weight?

@bdixon1989, I'm still trying to find a balanced diet. In the past, I would only eat bread, meat and cheese added to far too much alcohol. Today, I really wonder how I managed to stay so many years below the overweight mark, I guess I'm lucky. So while it'd like to stay under my goal weight, I am more focused on eating better in a way that suits my laziness.

my after dinner treat is cough drops.... the strongest tasting, most foul tasting I can find... sometimes 1 or 2 does the job... sometimes 5 to 10....sigh...
