👌 Trying to eat a little more, keeping a balanced macro mix. Would like to be able to eat at least 1,000 kcal per day without exploding, but still just stable at 600.
156.2 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
