alrighty, I know I have been MIA for the last week, but I have been following the diet and trying hard t stay on track, although there were a few "off diet" indulgances. but I still kept up with making sure I had an arobic activity each day. and well I think it paid off. Iam glad, I needed this, this has inspired me to keep on pushing!! hope you all are doing well, and not missing me too much, hehe
