Considering taking a break from this all...its hard to gym when you're anxious about everything. But I know if i do the weight will come swiftly back. My body loves to gain weight... But to lose it... that's another story.

In good news I've managed to discipline myself to exactly 2 meals a day with lots of water and green tea milk. IF 18:6 daily, don't enjoy 20:4. No snacks. No cold drink, no cake, no chocolate for the past two weeks and NO Alcohol. Normally I'd have a couple of drinks and add it to my calorie deficit but man after drinking the scale behaves funny 🤣 the goal was to lose 20 kg by December the 5th but Ay at this rate 17kg is fine by me.

Let's push for the last 7.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Usually with me walking calms my anxiety. So, you could ease up on the hectic exercise for just walking?
