getting fed up now with keep gaining think I will just give up
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I no its hard, I feel like that at times but stick with it & you will see results eventually, it can be a very slow process, good luck, 👍

giving up is not going to fix you, you can do this!! it's all about moving more eating less, and all the above what splash has said🙌 there always a reason maybe do a strict food diary so you can see what's going on, I know I grab a biscuit and don't count it but all those tiny things add up, you can do this I promise you 🌺🌺🌺

I'm not sure what sort of meals you eat but if your not eating the right things but still within your daily calories it's still not going to work for you it needs to be balanced add more fruit and veg and less bad fats, and make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Good luck you can do this

i have worked this week 7 days stayed in my calorie intake and even less as usual. but i am sake weight as last week. but reduced 1cm waist which i find it good. u have to remember if u are not reducing don’t forget u are not gaining as well. i could have eaten a lot of junk , over abs obsessive eating but i didn’t so. it’s still positive. better at 90kg then 99kg. right ? so hings are changing for u but sometimes it takes time to see them. earth is revolving around its center we can’t see neither feel but it takes 12 hours for us to see. hope i have helped u.

have u tried keto? I lost 2 stone easily, before that for over a Yr I tried other diets and I'm a sports person so always active but could not get under 64kgs. now I'm 55kgs all because of keto diet

Thanks everyone I'm having 2000 cal a day been lifting weights at home for 3 weeks now think will lower my calories to 1800 a day see if that helps me

Try more cardio or hit, burn some of them cals off

Kid's back to school next week so I can do more for exercise. Going to give it another week on lower cals
