Once uv made up ur mind u can achieve anything,,,,,,, I started eating small portions, n then added veggies n cut pap out completely, warm water is life, eating clean n Mr Londons videos on youtube, skipping rope is a ghels best friend......i fast every day be it 20:4,18:6:10:14:12:12
