One more pound off. Think I've lost that in sweat doing the garden at Chestnut! 7 weeks till hols so if II can lose 7lb I'll be very happy.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
