I've lost 3lbs this week and a further 6lb over the previous 3 - I wasn't really trying at first but illness in the family destroyed my appetite and then, when things got a little better, I decided to build on the progress I'd made by getting serious about working on my weight. I'm still a little surprised how much effect paying very close attention to my eating (and drinking) and weighing myself every day over the last week has had. I actually don't want the loss to continue at this rate though. One pound a week is plenty for me. Goal - to get within "normal" weight range with a BMI of around 24 - 25.
