Still seem to be a bit stuck. This is my latest but I am yoyoing from this to 189lbs.
If it goes on I'll get seasick! However the trend is still downwards just taking it's time!

Lost so far: 21.0 lb.
Still to go: 11.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
