Here I go again.. Take 100. Here’s to hoping this round sticks. Every time I feel like I’m doing good with my diet something pulls me back and I start eating again and exercise goes out the window.
I fell ill and after waiting almost 6 months now to get the all clear from my doctor, I am finally allowed to exercise again🙈 I have to lose 10kgs by next year. Doctor’s orders. This means healthy diet and working out for 40 min a day... I really hope this time I can do it..
181.2 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
