I've been behaving myself this week, even though a few treats slipped through the cracks! I went on two very beautiful hikes this week, as well. I'm hopefully going to get over this hump, where I keep losing and gaining the same few kilos over and over again. 🤣 I'm laughing, but it's like a curse that I can't shake!
