I barely lost anything this week, but I'm not surprised because I was feeling down and gorged myself on M&M's and salt & vinegar crisps.
Oh well, it's a new week. I'll be good this time! 🙂
265.2 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 130.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
