I haven’t been logging my weight the last few times though I’ve been weighing myself. Who am I kidding ...just cause I don’t log it in doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. I’m being bad in eating and not moving enough. It’s happening and I’m gonna have to start again from the beginning if I don’t cut the 💩
