Weight Change Since Last Week: -3.0 lbs

Weight Change Overall: -25.6 lbs


Highs: I got my 25-lbs Fitbit badge. 25 pounds!!! Every week is a new milestone. I've never been able to stick to a diet this long and lose this much weight. This is also the fifth week in a row I've lost 2.5 lbs or better. This week I completed two 24-hour fasts (OMADs). 

I'm really starting to see definition in my arms and shoulders which is super encouraging. 

Lows: Our FitBit scale is a piece of crap. Friday morning I stepped on and it said I lost 8 pounds last week. As nice as that would have been, I knew something wasn't right. So I stepped back on and it said I gained 5 pounds in 22 seconds. Several more attempts yielded similar results...from a $200 scale. Replaced it with a $20 Fitindex scale that seems to work better and yield more consistent results.
293.2 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
