Hanri Fou's Journal, 19 February 2021

Last night I went to Spur with my two best friends and I knew that I would end up cheating. So I decided to eat a healthy bowl of chicken and vegetables before hand to fill myself up. I got to Spur and they were talking about dessert and milkshakes and I almost caved. But I ended up only having some tea. Super proud cause today I got on the scale and I lost 2,3kg since Monday. It was so worth it!!💪🏼
179.2 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
