Finally decided today is the day to start a healthy lifestyle. I want to focus on Holistic Health (Mind, Body and Spirit).
This means not focusing on dieting for the purpose of losing weight but rather eating healthier and exercising because that is what your body needs.

184.3 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
