5th Day of my Keto program.
Lost 1lbs overnight. I would say it is the last "easy pound", the remaining weight will be stubborn as hell! That is when the true weight loss begins. The best scenario - 3-4 ounces per day. Maybe by summer, I will be at my desired point.
I took my body composition reading this morning. It's okay if I want to leave it like that (I mean the picture...lol).
Fat - 24.6
TDW -55.0
Muscle - 29.9
Bone - 2.1
Waist - 31 inches...THAT does not sound like much, but look at that fat roll! As my husband said: "My God, babie, did you eat a tire???"...lol
PS. Made a bunch of cauliflower fritters last night. I guess it is my food for the next few days, as nobody else was too excited about it...(signs)... but looking at myself, I better eat those! LOL
