week-1 of using Fat Secret and I've learned a lot about my eating habits and how unbalanced my diet has been. Making small steps day by day to create a comfortable lifestyle change that will hopefully help me to reach and maintain my goal weight and rid my body of some crappy side effects like acid reflux and bloating.
137.3 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
