Today, I've reached 2 of my goals! I'm out of the 120's (kgs) and I'm 1/4 of the way to my desired weight.
I'm really happy! 🙂
262.1 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 127.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1614 kcal Fat: 50.59g | Prot: 60.19g | Carb: 238.45g.   Breakfast: Honey , Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Margarine, Cantaloupe . Lunch: Vegetable Broth, Cooked Carrots (from Fresh), Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh). Dinner: Rocket, Yellow Sweet Corn , Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast, Red Sweet Pepper, Flour Tortillas . Snacks/Other: McVitie's Digestives, Gala Apples, Waitrose Apple Juice, Xylitol, Chamomile Tea (Brewed) . more...
