I'm impressed. It seems like the low histamine diet is working for me!
This is the lowest weight that I've been since I've restarted my weight loss journey. I'm feeling very happy today! 🙂
266.1 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 131.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 January 2021:
