Holidays are over and back at it. Feeling optimistic and putting the right plans in place to succeed. My goal is 170 lbs by July 1st. And it’s gunna happen ✊🏼
223.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
