Wasn’t going to weigh in until Monday was hoping to be done by then weight going down every day since I got back on my regime went down 0.4kg
Yesterday and I’ll see what it’s like on Monday
169.3 lb Lost so far: 71.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
