I've took a few days off from here to take the pressure off a bit, only using it to put my food intake in and the odd look at all your delicious meals. I felt I needed some time to get my head straight so not to fall into previous dangerous behaviours, but I'm happy to say I'm back and very happy with my progress this week. I've also changed my weigh in day from a Friday to Monday, as the temptation was always there to have a 'cheat weekend' instead of maybe just a little treat, and so far has worked for me so looking forward to next week's now
417.5 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 117.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

wow thats brilliant hin and thats why I have my weigh day on a Monday as I don't gym weekends and I would always binge out "having a treat" that lasted all weekend x

Elizabeth it's made a difference even with only being 1 week into it. The temptation is gone now, I had 1 small treat yesterday then back to the healthier stuff

Oh Anne_145 !! That is so true! Evenings are my downfall.... good from bedtime, sleeping, mornings, lunch, afternoon, dusk, then BAM! 7pm and all runs riot til bedtime again! How can just 3 or 4 hours of the day be in charge?!

Great drop well done .. I weigh in with PT every Saturday.. but tend to let things go on a Sunday 😢..then to spend all week trying to lose that one day of relaxed meals 😤
