Well I've been away from group for 2 weeks, as well as a funeral we had my 50th birthday, won't say celebration, it was a quiet one but some wrong foods defo passed my lips giving me a gain of 2lbs. Well I've got that out my system and I'm back ready to behave again.... Lol till Xmas at least....
303.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 135.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
