3.6 miles today. Sunday morning treat scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Keeping the carb intake down and my weight is still going in the right direction 👍
237.6 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
