I literally have no idea how this happened, as I had a bad week with food and really struggled. I must've stood on the scales 20 different times as I thought they were broke because I really thought I would've put some back on. Very happy with this 😊
423.5 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 123.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
