3 1/2 mile jog this morning, then weighed myself.. Pleasantly surprised. Time for scrambled egg and a bit of smoked salmon for a breakfast treat.
239.6 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
