Wasn’t going to weigh in this week because Wednesday-Friday had more ice cream than is Good for me so was going to leave until next Monday but no real point doing that so here goes

Hey keep your chin up and keep going, it is definitely hard having the gains but the overall loss is absolutely worth the little slip ups

I have pretty much done the same thing all the way through it was planned I can’t resist ice cream and before the pandemic I went to the pub once every 2 weeks but haven’t had a beer since
February it’s not a problem I will be under my
Previous weight by next Monday and most of the weight I lost it was in 6 months in 2018
