went up 1 lb. which of course i'm not too happy about. i have hyprothyroidism so it takes an awful lot for me to loose weight, even with eating only 1200 calories, i still gain or stay the same. i have to work harder at eating only about 1000 cal. to loose...oh well, next week will be better..i'm upping the fiber and lowering the calories!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thats the attitude! Research all you can about hypothyroidism, hopefully you can find a way to conquer it. Yes on the pumpkin outta the can question. I am maybe roasting one this weekend though. :)

thx! i'll have to look for some low-cal. pumpkin recipes. i'm researching about low GI foods which i think will be good for me...talk soon!
