Yay! I remember how 1 pound of fat is a lot and feel so accomplished after a little loss 😂👀😎💋
113.0 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not really Lilly.... it’s not that much 😂 (I watched video on YouTube that said that the fat that trainers show is a bit deceiving) Does 5 pounds make a difference ? How big of a difference?
