It's back on the move,...
Still under 1200 cals a day (which have confirmed and had OK from doctor)
More proteins and left out bread most the week(had a 1 day slip). Well I'm back to work today for the 1st time since lock down.... 8 hrs on my feet ahead
315.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 147.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1014 kcal Fat: 33.80g | Prot: 69.79g | Carb: 105.86g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk,  Whole Milk, Kellogg's Bran Flakes, Tesco Raspberries,  Blueberries , Tesco Strawberries. Lunch: Leerdammer Lightlife, Aldi Chicken Trimmings, Tesco Easy Peeler Satsuma. Dinner: Tesco Bramley Apple Sauce, Tesco Pork Medallions,  Roasted Potato (Fat Added in Cooking), Tesco Runner Beans,  Carrots ,  Cooked Kale (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk. more...
