Tinha começado um platô! Fiz um jejum de 18 horas para destravar. Me senti bem! Desjejum com ovos, abacate e maca (apesar de ter carbo, me permiti).
169.8 lb Lost so far: 55.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
