My average daily calories for this week : food 2783kcal, activity 2564 kcal.Steps 11399/day so I am surprised I have had a loss. I have since the 22nd of April kept my weight within one kilogram so I think this small variation in my weight is down to how hydrated my body is. I have always in the past found it difficult to maintain my weight, after losing weight so as I am below my goal weight I am happy with this month so far. Stay safe and happy .
155.2 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
