Eaten more this week (daily average 2975calories) so this rise is what I expected . With the dry weather I have been out walking more (18263 steps/day) but it’s not been enough to stop the weigh gain, I need to keep to 2700 calories per day , the problem I am having is in evening’s I just get bored and start eating ,I will have to find some more willpower or a time lock on the refrigerator.
