Thanks Salt and Pepper 🤍 I have found a good rhythm which I am so grateful for! I have my Keto OMAD meals and every second week I’ll have a cheat meal (this weekend I’ll make peri peri prawns not focusing on portion size, but just eating as much as I like) which is followed by a 60 hour fast. Then I get back into the swing of things for the next two weeks. Whenever I crave something, I put it onto the menu for my next cheat day (like a braai). You have lost so much weight and it’s incredible inspirational! I’m sure you will get your mind ready in no time and continue with your journey! I also noticed this week, it’s not about the “first big step”, it’s about “taking consistent small steps”. 🤍 goof luck for your journey
