Sitting at home, eating more and hardly no exercise - this pandemic really is ruining all my previous hard work 😓
175.9 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel your pain. But at least you came into this at the top of your game with a boosted immune system. Maintain as best you can.

It sure is! Zumba really helps, dance the pain away 💃🏻 took me a while to stop overeating during lockdown, sugar-free gum helps boredom & cravings too 👍🏻

I know the feeling, it might be easier to do this when it's all over, I know I either get stubborn now or try damage limitation. I hope you are doing okay x

Aye it’s trying to do lots of different things to prevent boredom.... but now I’m doing the same old things and running out is things to do lol
