Fat to Fit 88's Journal, 19 March 2020

Slow (very slow) and steady loss! We had a holiday a month ago just before my last weigh-in, and then I took a bit of a break with the tracking and weighing. But this week has been good in the midst of all the chaos around us. Now aiming for the 80's by Easter and will be trying my very best!
207.9 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
