Well I knew Xmas would add some on! But thankfully not as bad as I thought it was gonna be
198.9 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Could have been worse! I am not daring going on the scales for a couple of weeks yet. I see a small pouch of fat (estimate about 1.5kg worth) that wasn't there before Xmas gone first! Yes...........I am a coward!
