Got there! Last time I was this weight I was in the RAF. Also,,,,I was shaped differently. I lost my weight a bit to quickly ( according to my Dr, according to me,,,, not bloody quick enough) it’s left me with a little slack abdominal skin. My Dr says she’ll refer me for surgery but is amazed at how it is tightening back. Nae man boobs etc. I’m extremely conscious of the slack skin, nobody else seems to notice. I won’t wear a shirt tucked in etc. Dr thinks I may be suffering from body dysmorphia. She’s wrong, it’s just when I do something, anything, DIY, building motorcycles etc it has to be right. I don’t do things by half, when I put on weight I put on bloody loads, doubled my body weight in around 4yrs. I’m a stubborn proud Scotsman! To get success losing weight I had to give up alcohol, not easy after 15yrs in the forces and being a Scot! 😂 Best of luck to all off you. Yer a braw bunch o folk. 👍m
