It seems that I've done really well over the last 6 days. I gave myself a week to reach 75 and I smashed it in 6 days. it's a stretch, but I'm aiming for 72.5 by end of November. That's a shade over 2 kilos in 11 days. Doesn't sound so difficult, but I've claimed the easy gains. From now on, every gram is a hard one.....
