Ate two slices of cake this week, few more carbs that I ideally would want to eat but didn’t eat after 6pm. Weight-loss continuing :)
142.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
