Just a wee drop, but it’s something - just need to up the gym regime, hopefully soon when I go back in the shorter bus driving duties (should give me some more free time) I hope !!
202.8 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
