I knew I gained. Doctors told me to take some time off and let my bladder and unrinary track heal. Getting the stitches out of my neck today, so hopefully I'll get the okay to start my exercise back. Well, a month of damage that my doctors claim I needed to heal has put me back a few pounds but I guess my body needed to heal although it's still not better.
