Up down up down come on! I've only got 6.5lbs to go; need to get back on track. At least I'm still at my lightest ever though. Need an event or goal to lose it and look great for
121.5 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
