Thanks, SoHangry, I'm not a fan of the scales, but try to step on once a month or so. When I started my weight loss journey in 2015 I didn't know my exact weight. The last time I had stepped on the scales was a couple of years prior and I was tipping them then @415 pounds, I knew I was fatter than when I had stepped on the scales so I estimated my then current weight at 450 pounds, but it was probably more. I did low-carb for four months before I finally stepped on the scales in October of 2015 at which time I weighed 380 pounds. Now days, I go by my clothes, if they're getting tight it means it's time to dial in my eating.
