Well 200g weight gain is not bad for all the cake and mcdonald's I ate this weekend. That means I was doing good until Friday. Would've lost a bit of weight.
227.1 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
