Weight going in right direction now; I will keep going and not "stop" will not "maintain" until I have reached goal. I'm exercising self control, will power, determination, etc...........
153.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
