So, I am pretty happy with the weight I have lost this past couple of days. I added to my workout another cardio machine. It's the stair master that looks like an escalator that is going down and you have to walk up it. I can do that for 20 minutes (which is about 75 flights a minute or 1.95 miles for 20 minutes.) It certainly makes me sweat though.
For most of my life I am on Phase 1 however, I am having a really hard time staying on it for as long as I am. When I go out with friends, I eat bread. I am also eating those "South Beach Living" snacks which are really for Phase 2, but for breakfast and lunch every day I have no carbs at all...
When I get down under 200, my partner is going to bring me to a Broadway Show. He has been promising that for 3 years now (when I was just going up and up.) I don't know what he is going to say when he actually has to do it. lol But I have to remind myself that 200 is a long way away. I haven't gotten past 205 on my other diets.
