Completely fell off the wagon about 6 weeks ago after getting sick and injuring my shoulder. Feeling embarrassed and less-than, however I’ve committed to being vulnerable and making the changes to get back on track. I’m excited about the next couple months and will stay accountable to the FS community. 🙏🏼♥️💪🏻🙌🏼😁
